You don’t have to book a cabin to spend a whole day with us. Our Day Visit programme packs the very best of Klimovka into 8 hours: mountains, horses, farm animals and a hearty lunch.
It’s made for anyone with one free day and a wish to escape the city for the real mountains. You arrive in the morning, spend the day at our base, enjoy lunch and dinner made from our country produce, ride horses, pet the camels and yaks, breathe in the Altai air — and head home in the evening.
One price, lots of experiences. No hidden extras: you get all of this for the price of a Day Visit.
Horse riding in a dedicated area of the base, with a briefing beforehand. Suitable even for those who have never been in the saddle.
Free access to all our animals: camels, yaks, maral deer, ponies, donkeys, ostriches and rabbits. Many of them can be petted and fed with special feed.
In winter — rides in a sleigh pulled by a troika of three horses. A true Russian winter atmosphere you simply can’t find in the city.
In winter — unlimited rides down the slope on inflatable tubes. Fun for grown-ups and kids alike — nobody leaves without a squeal of delight.
The base sits on the bank of the Razlivanka River, surrounded by taiga. A walk around the grounds alone is worth the trip — especially in golden autumn or through the snowy valley in winter.
Breakfast and lunch, or lunch and dinner, made from produce from our own Gemma farm: fresh farm milk, home-made sour cream, fresh meat and nitrate-free vegetables.
There is no fixed schedule — you plan your day the way you like. But if you want to plan ahead, here is a rough guide:
Children under 3 go free. Children aged 3 to 12 pay 50% of the adult price. The petting zoo and the snow slide usually exceed all expectations.
If you fancy a day out in nature without tents or complicated logistics, come to us. Barbecue, horses, a banya (booked separately) — a great day guaranteed.
A great hassle-free option for a kids’ or grown-ups’ birthday party. We’ll set the table, plan the programme together with you, and photos with the yaks and camels come as a gift.
Bring a small team for a one-day team-building event — no need to arrange accommodation. Larger groups are best off staying overnight in the Guest House.
In summer — walks in the taiga, horse riding, feeding the animals, a leisurely lunch on the veranda and dinner in the dining hall.
In winter — rides in a troika (three-horse sleigh), unlimited tubing down the slope, a hot lunch after the frosty air and snowy views you’ll never see in the city.
The price stays the same all year round. The experiences don’t.
